Dalata Hotel Group Executes Share Buyback

Dalata Hotel Group PLC, the leading hotel operator in Ireland with a growing footprint in the UK and Continental Europe, reported the purchase of 97,157 ordinary shares on 5 December 2024. These shares, priced between €4.58 and €4.62, were acquired under the company's Share Buyback Programme announced in October 2024. The volume-weighted average price per share was €4.5982.

The transaction was conducted via the Euronext Dublin through J&E Davy. Dalata plans to cancel all the repurchased shares. Following this cancellation, the company's total issued ordinary shares count will be 213,240,774, each carrying one voting right.

This share buyback aligns with Dalata's strategic financial management, ensuring liquidity and shareholder value optimization.
