Dalata Hotel Group: Major Shareholding Notification
Dalata Hotel Group PLC has announced a major change in its shareholding structure. Eiendomsspar AS, a company based in Oslo, Norway, has struck an agreement with a third party. This obliges both parties to adopt a long-term common policy regarding Dalata's management.
This agreement has led Eiendomsspar AS to exceed the 9% threshold of voting rights, holding 9.81% as of July 15, 2025. This marks an increase from their previous position of 8.48%. The total number of voting rights stands at 211,483,988.
Christian Ringnes, through several entities, controls these shares. Notably, Eiendomsspar AS holds 8.76%, and Pandox Ireland Designated Activity Company holds an additional 1.05% of voting rights. The Central Bank of Ireland received this notification on July 17, 2025.
