Dalata Hotel Group PLC: Change in Voting Rights

Dalata Hotel Group PLC recently announced a significant change in its voting rights. JPMorgan Chase & Co., based in Wilmington, Delaware, disclosed it had crossed a threshold of 4% in voting rights as of May 6, 2025. This notification was submitted under Standard Form TR-1 to the Central Bank of Ireland.

Previously, JPMorgan held a total of 4.87% voting rights, combining direct and financial instruments. The new total stands at 3.74%, following the latest changes. The decrease is mainly due to the reduction in direct voting rights, now at 0.17%.
