The bank acquired 1.766% through voting rights attached to shares, while holding 1.827% through financial instruments, amounting to a total of 3.593% voting rights. This was officially noted by Dalata on June 20, 2025. The total number of voting rights in issue is 211,483,988, according to the notification.
The financial positions include a range of swaps expiring from 2025 to 2030, with the largest being a swap set to expire in April 2026, accounting for 0.977% of voting rights. These changes reflect Dalata's ongoing evolution in shareholder structure, driven by significant financial market transactions.
