JPMorgan Chase & Co. Adjusts Holdings in Dalata Hotel Group

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has adjusted its stake in Dalata Hotel Group PLC, a major player in the hotel industry. The notification was issued on 22 July 2025, following the crossing of the 4% threshold on 18 July 2025. This change primarily involved the acquisition or disposal of financial instruments linked to voting rights, with no direct impact on the breakdown of voting rights.

In the latest filing, JPMorgan revealed a combined holding of 5.64% in Dalata, up from the previous 5.06%. This includes 1.29% from direct voting rights attached to shares and 4.35% through financial instruments. Various cash-settled equity swaps contributed to the adjustment, with the largest maturing on 17 December 2025, accounting for a 1.73% share.
