Dalata Hotel Group PLC has announced a significant change in its voting rights structure due to an acquisition of financial instruments by UBS Group AG. On July 18, 2025, UBS crossed the 3% threshold of voting rights through financial instruments, with their total position now at 3.37%, up from a previous 3.34%.

UBS Investment Bank & Wealth Management executed the transaction, with Zurich, Switzerland, as the registered office. Dalata was informed of this change on July 21, 2025. The notification highlights UBS's financial influence, having obtained the right to substitute shares delivered as collateral at any time, accounting for 3.01% of voting rights.

The total number of voting rights in Dalata is 211,483,988, with UBS controlling a substantial portion through direct and indirect financial instruments.
