UBS Group AG Modifies Position in Dalata Hotel Group

UBS Group AG, through its entities UBS Investment Bank and Wealth Management, recently adjusted its position in Dalata Hotel Group PLC by acquiring financial instruments. This move, notified on January 13, 2025, follows the crossing of a 4% threshold in voting rights through financial instruments on January 9, 2025.

As a result, UBS holds 0.26% in direct voting rights and 4.01% through financial instruments, totaling 4.27% of voting rights in Dalata Hotel Group. Prior to this, UBS had a combined 4.26% interest.

The financial instruments include a Substitution Right on Collateral, allowing acquisition of up to 3.98% in voting rights, with cash-settled swaps adding a further 0.03%. UBS's changes in holdings reflect strategic adjustments under its financial management strategy.
