Damartex: 2025/2026 Annual Results
The Damartex Group closed the 2025/2026 fiscal year with revenue of €503.5 million, down 3.4% compared to the previous year. This decline is attributed to an unfavorable market environment, particularly affecting its "Home & Lifestyle" and "Healthcare" divisions. The "Fashion" division, however, saw a slight decrease of 1.6%, with a notable improvement in margins.
Operating EBITDA decreased by 11%, reaching €14.0 million. Net income declined, posting a loss of €35.9 million, impacted by asset impairments. Despite this, the net financial position remained stable at -€119.3 million. The Group does not plan to distribute a dividend for the past year.
Damartex continues to invest and review its strategy, with a particular focus on its brands and profitability. A new strategic roadmap will be presented to strengthen its market position.
