Danone and Arcor: new dairy joint venture in Argentina

Danone and Arcor announce the completion of their new joint venture in Argentina. This partnership brings together the dairy activities of Danone Argentina SA and Mastellone Hermanos SA, a pioneering company in the Argentine dairy market. Together, they form an integrated entity supported by Logistica La Serenísima.

This merger, built on two decades of collaboration, aims to boost innovation, improve operational efficiency, and expand their commercial reach. Danone and Arcor each hold 50% of the joint venture, which will be consolidated into Danone's accounts as of August 1, 2026.
