Danone Releases Update on Voting Rights and Shares

Danone, the French société anonyme, has provided updated information regarding its total number of shares and voting rights. As of May 31, 2026, the company has a total of 682,956,240 shares issued. This announcement aligns with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation.

The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 722,795,920. These are used for calculating shareholding thresholds and include shares with suspended voting rights. Concurrently, the total number of exercisable voting rights, which excludes shares with suspended voting rights, is reported as 681,574,399.
