Danone Reports Voting Rights and Shares Data

Danone, a French Société Anonyme, has provided updated information regarding its total number of voting rights and shares. As of March 31, 2025, the company has a total of 679,553,991 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 698,754,239. Meanwhile, the total number of exercisable voting rights is recorded at 660,657,571.

The theoretical voting rights, or "gross" voting rights, incorporate all shares with attached voting rights, even those that are suspended. Alternatively, exercisable voting rights, labeled as "net," exclude shares with suspended voting rights, adhering to the AMF's 2007 recommendation for public transparency.
