DANONE: Update on the number of shares and voting rights

The publicly traded company DANONE has released details of its capital structure as of August 31, 2026. The total number of shares is 683,337,177. Regarding voting rights, the company has two categories: theoretical and exercisable.

Theoretical, or "gross," voting rights total 723,261,077. This includes all shares with voting rights, even those currently without voting rights. This measure is crucial for assessing threshold crossings. As for exercisable, or "net," voting rights, the total amounts to 684,019,394, excluding shares without voting rights.
