Dassault Systèmes 2026 Combined General Meeting: details and documents available
Dassault Systèmes has announced the arrangements for making available the documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for May 20, 2026. The event will be held at 3 p.m. at the company's headquarters, located in Vélizy-Villacoublay.
The agenda and draft resolutions have been published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) since April 13, 2026. This information, as well as the notice of convocation dated April 29, 2026, is available on the Dassault Systèmes website.
The documents required for the meeting, in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, are also available online or at the company's registered office. Shareholders are invited to consult the 2025 Universal Registration Document, filed with the AMF on March 31, 2026.
