Dassault Systèmes has published the total number of its outstanding shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025. The company has 1,341,653,585 shares in its capital. The total number of voting rights amounts to 2,013,496,529. These figures are established in accordance with Articles 223-16 and 221-3 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The calculation of voting rights includes shares stripped of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
