DATAGROUP Announces Executive Board Changes

DATAGROUP SE has announced a change in its Management Board following the resignation of Dr. Sabine Laukemann, who has served since April 2022. Dr. Laukemann will step down on January 31, 2025, citing personal reasons. She will remain available for transition support until April 30, 2025. Her duties, including Human Resources and ESG, will be assumed by current CEO Andreas Baresel and fellow board members.

Mark Schäfer, a key member since 2019, will join the Management Board on February 1, 2025, focusing on Production. Simultaneously, Gerhard Kaminski will be appointed as a Divisional Board member responsible for Human Resources, joining Alexandra Mülders, who heads Sales.
