DATAGROUP Reports Revenue Growth Amid Challenging Conditions

DATAGROUP SE announced a revenue increase for the third quarter and the first nine months of its 2024/2025 financial year. The company reported a 3.4% revenue growth, reaching EUR 136.3 million in Q3, while the first nine months saw a 9.3% increase to EUR 416.1 million. The EBIT margin stands at 8.0%, consistent with expectations.

DATAGROUP attributed its financial performance to strategic investments in artificial intelligence, cyber security, and cloud technologies. Notable contracts include approximately EUR 23 million from new clients and EUR 15 million from cross- and upselling agreements.

The acquisition of Tarador and other financial activities led to an increase in net debt to EUR 175.9 million. Despite this, cash inflow from operations was EUR 13.8 million.
