DATAGROUP Reports Revenue Growth for First Half of 2024/2025
DATAGROUP SE has announced a notable revenue growth in the second quarter and first half of 2024/2025. Revenue rose by 10.1% to EUR 140.5 million in the second quarter and by 12.5% to EUR 279.8 million in the first half compared to the previous year. The EBIT margin was stable at 8.1% during this period. These results align with DATAGROUP's strategic investments in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
The company also confirmed an ongoing strategic partnership with KKR, which involves an offer to purchase DATAGROUP shares at EUR 54.00 per share. This partnership aims to enhance their growth in IT services. CEO Andreas Baresel emphasized the partnership's importance for future development and customer value.
The acquisition of Tarador and other factors have increased net debt to EUR 166.1 million. The acceptance period for the share offer ends on June 6, 2025.
