DATAGROUP Secures Service Desk Contract with Dataport

Pliezhausen, July 9, 2026 - DATAGROUP has won a significant contract with Dataport AöR to manage its User Help Desk. Following a public bidding process, this five-year agreement, valued in the double-digit millions, enhances DATAGROUP's role as a key partner in public sector digitalization. Dataport, a major IT service provider for German public administration, supports multiple federal states and municipalities in their digital endeavors.

The responsibilities include handling up to 30,000 calls and 25,000 tickets monthly. The project aims to maintain high service quality while accommodating high volumes of inquiries. DATAGROUP's strong public sector expertise and scalable solutions played a crucial role in securing the contract.
