DATE Strengthens its Industrial Integration with the Acquisition of SOFILEMA-NMGP
DATE, a specialist in thermal innovation, announces the acquisition of SOFILEMA-NMGP, thereby leveraging its expertise in mechanical engineering. Effective October 1, 2026, this transaction is part of DATE's external growth strategy, unveiled during its IPO.
Based in Argenteuil, SOFILEMA-NMGP strengthens DATE's activities with its expertise in measurement instruments for civil and military aeronautics. By joining forces, the two entities benefit from industrial and commercial synergies, particularly through existing relationships with Safran and Air France Industries.
This acquisition contributes to DATE's scaling up, adding approximately €2 million to annual revenue without increasing debt. Philippe Bottu, Chairman and CEO, emphasizes the importance of this transaction for ensuring the company's long-term growth ambitions.
