Dateline Appoints Alvarez & Marsal to Oversee Colosseum Development

Dateline Resources Limited has named Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) as the Construction Manager for its Colosseum Gold Mine project in California. A&M, known for its extensive infrastructure project experience, will manage various functions including construction management and project readiness. This new engagement is expected to help Dateline rapidly scale with effective systems and expertise.

The partnership aims to expedite the project leveraging A&M's expertise in delivering projects on time and within budget. Simon Slesarewich, Dateline's COO, anticipates that A&M’s involvement will aid in formulating effective contracts essential for the project's processing plant via an EPC+M model. Meanwhile, A&M's Managing Director, Pierre Légaré, expressed confidence in the execution strategy for Colosseum.
