DBV Technologies: Thresholds crossed by JP Morgan
In a letter dated August 24, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. reported that it had crossed below the 10% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of DBV Technologies. As of August 20, 2026, the company indirectly held 27,176,955 shares, representing 9.18% of the share capital. This decrease resulted from a reduction in shares held by incorporation. JP Morgan Securities LLC, a group entity, also crossed these thresholds individually.
JP Morgan holds the shares through various contracts, including depository receipts and third-party shares, allowing for flexible use of the shares. In addition, JP Morgan Securities plc also holds shares through equity swaps.
