DeFi Technologies Launches Brazilian Depositary Receipts on B3 Exchange
On December 15, 2025, DeFi Technologies Inc. announced the approval by the B3 Exchange for listing Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs) under the ticker DEFT31. Trading is set to commence on December 17, 2025. This move marks a strategic step for DeFi Technologies to expand its presence among Brazilian institutional investors by providing them local, BRL-denominated access to its common shares.
The DEFT31 BDR program intends to enhance DeFi Technologies' visibility in Brazil, which is recognized for having a unified regulatory and capital-markets infrastructure. This step aligns with the company's broader strategy to expand globally. Moreover, DeFi Technologies' subsidiary, Valour, will list four digital asset ETPs on B3.
The introduction of the DEFT31 BDRs also aims to offer Brazilian institutional investors a familiar framework to engage with DeFi's growth, utilizing their existing trading systems. This aligns with Brazil's significant role in Latin America's financial and crypto markets.
