TenX Protocols Launches on TSX Venture Exchange

TenX Protocols Inc., an advisory client and venture portfolio company of DeFi Technologies, began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker "TNX" on December 10, 2025. This follows a successful go-public transaction and financing, bringing the total capital raised to over C$33 million this year. Key investors include Borderless Capital, HIVE Blockchain Technologies, Chorus One, and DeFi Technologies.

Stillman Digital, a subsidiary of DeFi Technologies, will support TenX by providing trade execution and market intelligence for treasury and staking strategies across networks such as Solana, Sui, and Sei. TenX aims to generate recurring revenue from high-performance Layer 1 networks, expanding its footprint in the blockchain infrastructure sector.

Led by industry veterans Mat and Filip Cybula, alongside CTO Geoff Byers, TenX focuses on institutional-grade infrastructure and digital asset strategies, offering public investors exposure to the Web3 ecosystem growth.
