Delivery Hero Appoints Johannes Bruder to Management Board

Delivery Hero SE, a leading global delivery platform, has announced that Johannes Bruder has joined its Management Board, effective January 1, 2026. Bruder, who has been with Delivery Hero as Chief Product Officer since 2018, plays a crucial role in the development of the company's global technology platform.

His appointment is aimed at strengthening the company's executive leadership and enhancing its technology-driven customer experience. Bruder's expertise in aligning the product ecosystem is anticipated to help Delivery Hero continue its expansion efficiently while maintaining a personalized service for global users.

Kristin Skogen Lund, Chair of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Bruder's ability to drive product improvements, reinforcing Delivery Hero's profitable growth strategy. The Management Board now comprises four members, including co-founder Niklas Östberg, CFO Marie-Anne Popp, and COO Pieter-Jan Vandepitte. The contracts for Östberg and Vandepitte have been renewed until 2029.
