Delivery Hero Appoints Roger Rabalais to Supervisory Board
Berlin, May 4, 2026 – Delivery Hero SE, a leading global delivery platform, has announced the appointment of Roger Rabalais to its Supervisory Board. Effective April 30, 2026, he succeeds Warren Jenson, who will not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 23, 2026.
Kristin Skogen Lund, Chair of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Rabalais’ extensive experience to assist in the company's strategic progression. Rabalais has significant financial leadership in the global B2C technology sector, previously holding roles at eBay and Prosus.
Rabalais returns to Delivery Hero amid its strategic review phase, intending to bolster the company’s Everyday App strategy. The company acknowledged Warren Jenson's contributions and wished him well in future endeavors.
