Derichebourg Reviews Chiho Environmental Group's Legal Action

Paris, July 8th, 2026 - Derichebourg SA acknowledges Chiho Environmental Group Ltd's recent filing in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The filing questions the validity of actions by independent Receivers at Scholz Recycling’s parent company. Although Derichebourg is not the target, it is evaluating potential impacts with its advisers.

Previously, on May 5th, Derichebourg announced its intent to acquire Scholz Recycling, subject to usual conditions such as merger control approvals. The company is focused on fulfilling these requirements and will update the market on any significant changes.
