Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG Ends Johannesburg Exchange Listing

Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG has announced the successful withdrawal of its secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) as of December 9, 2025. The move, initially disclosed in March 2024, aims to concentrate the company's efforts on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This strategic decision focuses on strengthening ties with investors based in Frankfurt.

The process of delisting was carried out in coordination with the JSE and South African shareholders, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
