Diginex Limited, a leader in Sustainability RegTech, has finalized the acquisition of Matter DK ApS, a Danish ESG data enterprise. This move, concluded on October 3, 2025, delivers advanced analytics tools, enhancing Diginex's capabilities in ESG data benchmarking and AI-driven solutions. Matter's tools, including an intuitive analytics platform and flexible API integrations, boost Diginex’s offerings, aligning with global standards.

The acquisition, valued at $13 million, involves 1,241,496 Diginex shares. This merger, including Matter's senior management aboard, is set to empower clients with comprehensive ESG solutions across the investment sector. The transaction was advised by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and Lund Elmer Sandager.
