ESPG Secures Long-Term Lease with Helmsauer Organization in Minden

European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate firm specializing in science parks, has finalized a five-year lease agreement with the Helmsauer Organization at POWERHUB Science Park in Minden. This deal covers approximately 1,000 square meters of space, with an additional pre-letting option for 350 square meters. Helmsauer's inclusion enhances the tenant mix with its industry expertise and commitment to long-term growth.

The Helmsauer Organization, headquartered in Nuremberg, has been a prominent player in the insurance sector since 1963. With a focus on healthcare, construction, and industry, the firm employs around 100 individuals nationwide. This move to Minden aligns with their sustainability-focused strategy, offering a modern and adaptable work environment.

Markus Drews of ESPG stated that the agreement marks a successful site development, transforming it into a multi-tenant hub. Helmsauer is now positioned to leverage the innovative setting for its expansion needs.
