ESPG Secures Refinancing from Volksbank Magdeburg

The European Science Park Group (ESPG) has announced a refinancing commitment from Volksbank Magdeburg eG for their ONE ONE property in Magdeburg. This move is significant for ESPG, as it expands their network of financing partners. The property offers around 4,640 square meters of lettable space, primarily occupied by educational institutions. This strengthens Magdeburg's position as a hub for science and innovation while aligning with ESPG’s specialized portfolio.

Ralf Nöcker, a member of ESPG's management board, highlighted the importance of this commitment as a reflection of local confidence in their strategic focus. Markus Drews, another board member, added that this agreement underlines the effectiveness of their regional financing strategy, reinforcing ESPG's presence in research and knowledge-driven sectors.
