The Vanguard Group Discloses Position in Direct Line Insurance Group

The Vanguard Group has submitted a Form 8.3 disclosure regarding its stake in Direct Line Insurance Group PLC. As per the form, Vanguard holds 5.37% of the 10 10/11p ordinary shares of Direct Line. The disclosure was made following dealings as of 13 March 2025.

The form also notes that Vanguard is making similar disclosures concerning Aviva plc. Vanguard's activities included the purchase of 15,128 shares and the sale of 20,148 shares, each priced at 2.78 GBP.
