DKSH Acquires Singapore's Zircon-Swis to Enhance Food Service Business

DKSH Management Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Zircon-Swis Fine Foods Pte Ltd, a prominent food service distributor in Singapore. This strategic move is set to bolster DKSH's food service segment in the Asia Pacific region.

Zircon-Swis, recognized for its premium ingredient sourcing, has been serving the HORECA sector in Singapore for over two decades, reporting net sales of around CHF 8 million. DKSH aims to fully integrate Zircon-Swis, leveraging its established market presence to strengthen its Business Unit Consumer Goods. The existing management will remain with the firm, ensuring continuity and growth.

This acquisition aligns with DKSH's strategy to tap into secondary growth sectors, reinforcing its position in Singapore’s dynamic food service market. The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the second quarter, pending specific conditions.
