DKSH Promotes Women's Health Equity with “Patient Purpose Day 2026”

DKSH's Healthcare unit has successfully concluded its annual "Patient Purpose Day 2026" initiative. The event is tailored to improve patient outcomes by delivering vital healthcare activities across 14 global markets. The 2026 theme "Driving Equity in Women Health" is part of DKSH’s mission to support under-served communities.

The company highlights ongoing disparities in women's healthcare, noting that women often face unmet medical needs. Issues like HPV and candidiasis receive insufficient attention. Barriers such as cultural stigma and financial costs further hinder women's healthcare access.

"Patient Purpose Day 2026" empowered employees and partners to engage in education workshops, health screenings, and awareness campaigns. This collective effort reached thousands, enhancing health literacy and access to essential services. The initiative also generated CHF 85,000 in donations.
