Drägerwerk Cancels Voting on Key Agenda Items at Annual Meeting
Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA has decided not to proceed with votes on agenda items 7 and 8 during their Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for May 8, 2026. These changes were determined by Drägerwerk Verwaltungs AG, the general partner of the company.
Specifically, agenda item 7 addressed the creation of new approved capital, while item 8 dealt with authorizations regarding warrant and convertible bonds. Both items included the potential exclusion of subscription rights and were to amend the company’s Articles of Association. Consequently, the planned separate meeting for preferred shareholders has been canceled.
Despite these changes, the rest of the meeting will proceed as planned. The event is to be held at the Lübeck Music and Congress Hall in Lübeck, Germany.
