DRONE VOLT announces the issue of ORNANE to replace OS

On March 6, 2025, DRONE VOLT, a manufacturer of civil drones and expert in artificial intelligence, issued 1,833 bonds redeemable in cash and/or in new or existing shares (ORNANE) in favor of Atlas Capital Markets. They replace the 1,833 simple bonds (OS) previously issued.

This change is part of a bond framework signed on December 24, 2024. It follows the Combined General Meeting of February 21, 2025, granting this delegation to the Board of Directors. An accelerated repayment has been activated, settled in shares by conversion of 501 ORNANE.
