DRONE VOLT: Capital increase to support growth
On April 29, 2026, DRONE VOLT, a French specialist in professional drones, announced a €3.85 million capital increase. This transaction will result in the issuance of 8,360,867 new shares with warrants. The funds will be used to support high-margin activities and to make targeted acquisitions. Settlement is scheduled for May 4, 2026.
This initiative is part of the strategy launched in 2024, aimed at developing high value-added services. In the first quarter of 2026, DRONE VOLT recorded 80% growth in its business.
