DRONE VOLT Secures Order for Advanced LINEDRONE LDV4 Units
Villepinte-based DRONE VOLT has announced a significant order for two of its LINEDRONE LDV4 units. The drones, designed for high-voltage power line inspection, were ordered by AssetCool, a notable player in global grid robotics. Alongside these drones, DRONE VOLT will provide specific development work, with the contract valued between €350,000 and €400,000.
LINEDRONE drones are noted for their capability to operate on live lines, reducing risks and equipment costs for network operators. This aligns with DRONE VOLT's strategy to offer high-tech products tailored to meet specific needs. The company anticipates that this contract may enhance its "drone as a service" opportunities.
