Avolta Expands F&B Presence at Italian Airports

Avolta AG has expanded its operations in Italy through a strategic move into food and beverage services at two major airports. The company, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, has secured a ten-year contract at Verona Valerio Catullo Airport, marking its entrance with five distinct F&B concepts. This initiative merges international brands with local Italian culinary traditions to cater to diverse passenger needs in northeast Italy.

Simultaneously, Avolta extends its reach at Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport. Having previously operated retail stores, it now introduces Tuscan-inspired food services under a six-year contract. This expansion aims to provide a comprehensive travel experience by integrating retail and F&B offerings.

Massimiliano Santoro, CEO of Avolta Italy, emphasizes this growth trajectory as a means to better serve airports and enhance passenger experiences. Such developments highlight Avolta's commitment to supporting airport partners and improving traveler satisfaction.
