Avolta to Transform Geneva Airport's F&B Landscape

Avolta AG has secured a contract to overhaul the food and beverage (F&B) landscape at Geneva Airport. This project involves the redevelopment and management of 12 F&B locations across over 3,000 square meters. The newly designed offering aims to introduce fresh concepts and incorporate select local brands, maintaining regional identity while modernizing the dining experience.

This is part of a collaboration with Geneva Airport, initiated in 2015. Over the next six years, Avolta plans to enhance customer choices through an efficient layout and contemporary design. Their approach combines local culinary offerings with scalable proprietary formats, providing a coherent dining experience throughout the terminal.

Geneva Airport's Chief Commercial Officer, Kristina Mees, emphasized the focus on creating a high-quality offering that balances local heritage with operational excellence. The partnership aims to meet the expectations of local and international visitors alike.
