Broadpeak Liquidity Contract Review for the First Half of 2025
On July 3, 2025, Broadpeak, a specialist in video streaming software solutions, published its half-yearly report on its liquidity contract. Managed by TP ICAP (Europe), this contract recorded a balance of 41,660 shares and €42,917.36 in cash as of June 30, 2025.
During the first half of 2025, 92,716 shares were purchased for a total amount of €117,248.04, while 110,630 shares were sold for €146,332.87, through 369 and 396 transactions respectively. For comparison, the balance sheet as of December 31, 2024, showed 59,574 shares and €14,735.35 in cash. Since the contract's inception in July 2022, the initial funds were 0 shares and €200,000 in cash.
The next financial meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2025, with the announcement of second-quarter revenue.
