Eagle Plains and Xcite Uranium Initiate Drilling at Gulch Project

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., collaborating with Xcite Uranium Inc., has launched a diamond drilling program at the Gulch Project in Saskatchewan. The planned 900-meter, three-hole initiative aims to examine uranium mineralization previously identified through historical data and recent field programs.

The Gulch project, located near Uranium City, encompasses a past-producing uranium mine and several Saskatchewan Mineral Deposit Index occurrences. Partner Xcite Uranium holds an option to acquire an 80% interest in various projects through significant exploration expenditures and share issuance, forming a joint venture with Eagle Plains.

The current budget for the project stands at $1.1 million, with TerraLogic Exploration Inc. managing operations. Initial fieldwork has yielded promising, albeit unverified, rock sample results, enhancing the project's potential for uranium exploration.
