EasyJet Awards Shares to Key Executives

EasyJet plc has announced significant share awards to its top executives under the Restricted Share Plan (RSP) on January 22, 2025. CEO Kenton Jarvis received 83,724 shares, while CFO Jan De Raeymaeker was granted 107,589 shares. These awards are structured as nil-cost options and include a mandatory two-year post-vesting holding period. This allocation reflects Jarvis's revised RSP opportunity effective from the start of the year.

Additionally, Thomas Haagensen, Group Market Director, exercised options under both the Long-Term Incentive Plan and the Restricted Share Plan. He retained 35,218 and 34,277 shares from each respective award, both exercised on January 22, 2025.
