EasyJet's PDMR Share Acquisition Details Revealed

On March 24, 2025, easyJet plc disclosed that Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, as trustee of the company's Share Incentive Plan, purchased ordinary shares on March 21, 2025, for various Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs). These shares were acquired as Dividend Shares following the reinvestment of the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, as agreed by shareholders at February 2025’s AGM.

The purchases include shares for Robert Birge, Kenton Jarvis, David Morgan, and Garry Wilson, all bought at the price of £4.8607 per share. Specifically, Birge acquired 14 shares, Jarvis 47, Morgan 100, and Wilson 65 shares. These transactions align with the Market Abuse Regulation’s requirements.
