Berlin-based Eckert & Ziegler SE has announced the successful entry of a capital increase in the commercial register, following a resolution passed in the June Annual General Meeting. The capital increase, amounting to €42,343,864, raises the company’s share capital from €21,171,932 to €63,515,796, becoming effective as of July 25, 2025.
The company is preparing a share split, with technical details pending finalization. This corporate action is intended to enhance the liquidity and tradability of Eckert & Ziegler shares, listed under ISIN DE0005659700.
