Acquisition of Own Shares by Econocom Group

On July 30, 2026, Econocom Group SE repurchased 376,410 of its own shares on the stock market. Each share was acquired at an average, minimum, and maximum price of €1.445, in accordance with the authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31, 2026.

As of that date, the group held 16,714,480 of its own shares, representing 10.27% of the total 162,759,902 shares issued. This strategy is part of its share buyback program, details of which are available on the company's website under "Regulated Information – Share Buybacks".
