Econocom Group Adjusts Its Voting Rights

On February 13, 2025, Econocom Group announced the cancellation of 11,998,895 shares it held in its own right. This transaction brings the company's capital to EUR 23,731,026.74, spread over 167,047,004 shares. The total number of securities with voting rights now stands at the same figure.

The cancellation also affects the calculation of voting rights, now at 227,435,308, divided into 106,658,700 single voting rights and 60,388,304 double voting rights. With this action, Econocom Group no longer owns any treasury shares, respecting the legal thresholds without adding additional statutory thresholds.
