Econocom Group buys back its own shares

At its Extraordinary General Meeting on March 31, 2026, the Econocom Group carried out share buybacks. On April 23 and 24, 2026, the company acquired 146,000 and 10,854,000 shares of its own capital, respectively, at a price of €1.465 and €1.475 per share. These transactions represent a total of 11,000,000 shares repurchased.

As of April 24, 2026, Econocom held 11,747,536 shares out of a total of 162,759,902 issued, representing 7.22% of the company's share capital. Information regarding the share buyback program is available in the dedicated section of the Econocom website.
