Econocom Group: Transparency Notification Update
On February 6, 2026, Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, a subsidiary of FMR LLC, announced a decrease in its voting rights within Econocom Group. The voting rights dropped from 11,964,713 to 11,197,030, against a backdrop of 227,435,308 total voting rights. Various subsidiaries of FMR LLC, involved in collective investment, possess 15,514,003 voting rights.
Following a share cancellation on February 10, these holdings now represent 9.5% of Econocom's capital, totaling 162,759,902 shares. This equals 6.9% of total voting rights, amounting to 223,498,206 within the group.
