Notice of a General Meeting of Econocom Group

The Board of Directors of Econocom Group SE has announced that a General Meeting will be held on November 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the company's headquarters in Brussels. Among the items on the agenda is the appointment of Ms. Véronique Torner as an independent director. This appointment is for a four-year term, effective immediately, and will end at the close of the Annual General Meeting in 2030.
