Share buyback operations by Econocom Group

Between February 17 and 23, 2025, Econocom Group SE repurchased 627,205 of its own shares. These transactions were carried out on the stock exchange, in accordance with the authorization given by the General Meeting of November 30, 2021. The purchases took place in three separate stages: 567,675 shares on February 17, 50,000 shares on February 19 and 9,530 shares on February 21. The average purchase prices ranged from €1.816 to €1.836 per share.

Thus, as of February 24, 2025, Econocom Group holds a total of 627,205 shares, representing 0.38% of the total share capital of 167,047,004 shares issued. This transaction is part of a structured share buyback program aimed at optimizing the company's financial flexibility.
